Scott was part of the inaugural team of stylists brought on by the Fellowship for British Hairdressers in Project Afro. A year of working as part of a team of stylists and mentors coming together to share their knowledge and skillset with working on afro hair - culminating in a photoshoot.

Scott is Co-Founder of the Cross Cultural Curl Collective. A group of international stylists and curly hair experts that create workshops and masterclasses in pop ups and guest sessions at salon around the world. THE CCCC is an intercultural exchange designed to educate and encourage collaboration within the hair industry.
